ABOUT PROJECT

This project is based on the principle that COVID 19 will not prevent us from sharing Christmas cards. We can exchange postcards with maximum security and with the most important, the spirit of sharing and love, so necessary all year round, but even more evoked in this time. In addition to this sharing we will also know other schools and other realities, a real undiscovered world.


AIMS

- Awareness of e-safety;
- Development of ICT skills (image capture and treatment, use of different programs for sharing information between partners);
- Exploration of different types of materials for the preparation of Christmas postcards ( motricity, creativity, attention / concentration);
- Awareness of Alternative Communication through the use of the CPS (schools using these resources share with partners)
- Promotion of collaborative work in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the project,
- Sharing of materials between partners.


WORKING PROCESS


During the project : Presentation of the school, city and country.

November: Awareness of the dangers of the internet; 
November/December: Preparation of digital Christmas postcards; Sharing postcards on a Padlet ...;
December/January: Exhibition on the project with shared Christmas cards,Evaluation and dissemination of the project.

EXPECTED RESULTS


It is intended that this project promotes cooperative work/ cultural exchanges, curricular integration and pedagogical innovation through the sharing of postcards between European schools.
A final product is expected in Twinspace with features such as: photos, videos, Padlets and different digital tools.
In the end, we think it is important that the students evaluate the work developed, so that a reflection is made and strategies to be used in future projects and the dissemination of the project to the school community.

1. No photographs or videos can be taken within the boundaries of the school and schoolyards by persons other than those assigned by the school administration and outside the activities and programs that the parents of students want to know. This prohibition also applies if a student wants to take a photo or video of another student.
 

2. The photographs and videos taken by the persons assigned by the school administration can only be published on the official web address of the School and on the virtual environment, upon the request and written approval of the relevant student's parent. Photos and videos about the student of the parent who does not give consent for the student are not published.
 

3. Measures are taken to ensure that students who are not approved for taking and broadcasting photographs and videos by their parents do not experience psychological pressure during the shooting.
 

4. Students' personal information is never included in the pictures and videos published by school officials. Students will ask for permission from a teacher before preparing or answering a video conference call or message. Video conferencing is properly supervised for the age and ability of the students. (Schools should list how this will be implemented and achieved) Parents' consent is obtained before children participate in videoconferencing activities. Video conferencing will take place through formal and approved communication channels, following a robust risk assessment. Only main administrators are granted access to video conference administration areas or remote control pages.

The Whatshapp group was established to communicate with the partners and the link link was added to the Twinspace page.

The logo was prepared with the Canva web2 tool. The logo on the link was selected after the voting.

COMMON PRODUCTS

    A joint storybook was created with student works. Our students continued the story that started appropriately. (Created with Google Forms)
